That's a moving letter. I think too many people are co-dependent and live their lives waiting for approval at every step of the way. People are so complex, you would literally have to walk in his shoes to get the full picture of how he is feeling probably. Depression and isolation are horrible things to get through. He desperately needs to seek counseling. Your friend also needs to know that these feelings are temporary and his state of mind will pass. Environment can play such a key role as well. His family should intervene and get him the proper help that he needs, til he can get his life going again. They will probably medicate him until he can function better. The best thing that you can do is be there for him , and listen to what he has to say. I know in Texas if you admit that you are having thoughts of suicide the State will intervene by law and scoop you up and get you the help you need. People take Prozac like Tylenol these days. Xanax too! He needs a lot of support right now and is obviously a bright guy.

EDITED: I have removed the link/pic that is related to this topic. PM me if you would like for me to send it to you!!

It was posted by someone who was responding to a guy over at the Flamevault, if you have ever been there you know how crazy it can get at times. It's fun to use if someone is complaining and being obnoxious!
