Paul, I never called your friend an "attention whore". I'm just talking about most people in general. They talk about suicide to stir up attention and draw sympathy. It's all sadism. However, if one talks about suicide in real life, then he or she should consult with a solacer. He/she needs someone to comfort him/her during his/her times of sorrow. Paul, try your best in helping your friend, give him the advice me and Geekerati posted here.(Not the "attention whore" part. The "victim" part) Even if he says he is not considering suicide "for now", you never know what people can do these days, so it's best to play safe and pass on some advice
