Nice observation Putnik, knowledge is king.
Look around you these days, very few people are reinventing the wheel, many are just providing services for others. In Microdude's case, he also has the skills to create a one-of-a-kind custom logo for members, if they choose to go that route. There was a time when he and others were being hounded for sigs and avatars etc...
Flaming Text is a good place to create your very own addys or whatever with very little skills required.
