English Final Exam

I've got an english final coming up in two days, and he's offered us extra credit to fill out a study guide over what will be on the test. The book does not give all the answers, so a lot of them will come off of the notes that we've taken throughout the year. As I never paid that much attention (I'm passing with flying colors), I've got no notes. So if you know the answer to any of the below questions, please let me know!
