When shopping for Adsense Websites, it really depends on what you are looking for.
If you are looking for a site with content, some may be good, but since you did not research the keywords yourself then it may not be good.
Now, if you are shopping for layouts because you don't have the design skills to do the design or the graphics then it might be a great deal. If the price is low enough, you will save time designing your website by using a banner/template already made for you.
