My big thing as an adsense and adwords user I know the max CPC an advertiser can pay is $50.00. This mean the Max an adsense user can get is $25.00. Even if they had a High volume account with google, I don't think google would charge them more then the Max CPC If anything they would get a discount. No offense to any Keyword lister but, if a list has a keyword for over $25 per click. It's instant BS. Overture allows higher CPC but most their CPC is about 1/10 of google's.
