Google Community - View Single Post - Orkut Account Migrating to Google Account (Merged)

I just get the login page of orkut changed and asking for my Gmail..account and password and associate my orkut id to my gmail.... if i want to continue using the service.... whats up with google now.... anybody have any idea....??
