A good way of seeing if there is a market for the domain is to list it on ebay with a reserve of what you are wanting to sell it for and see how many people watch or bid on the domain. Make sure you are desciptive and show proof of the uniques. I do this all the time and sell quite a few domains. Ok it costs to do this but it gives important feedback and who knows you might get the figure your after
