It basically says that he is not giving invites away anymore, because he is getting fed up by all the people who post 1 reply on the forum and pm/email him for an invite and never come back again.

I don't know if he is or is not giving away invites right now. You never know, trying won't hurt you. All I want to say is make a nice story when you post on the forum and don't expect to much.
