But it's a forum, not an historical archive. Sometimes, bringing an old thread back to life just has the same material re-hashed that is already dated.
It's also occasionally useful to take a fresh look at a topic, without the burden of the extra deadwood that may have built up in an old thread.
I agree with longing for fresh spin on a topic, or maybe adding something new to one, but I doubt seriously the members who are duplicating take the time to READ the previous post anyways. Deadwood doesn't exist in their world,Lol If they are reading the previous posts and still choose to start the same one again they are members with "special needs" or something of that nature! It usually boils down to simple laziness
