OK, assuming you are...
"Ozone hole" isn't a hole (visibly) at all, it's simply term given to the area of the atmosphere which has slightly different balance of chemical compounds (namely: different molecular forms of oxygen) then the rest of the atmosphere (and BTW, it forms usually over Arcticntarctic (though almost a year ago there was small one over central Europe), and only in certain times of the year - during the rest of the year the "lack of ozone" is distributed uniformly in Earths upper atmosphere)
