SEO for Google and I are old friends, we are in many forums together.
He is far too modest to say that the use of his 'user name' also has assisted him in getting listings. Forums are great for learning and for helping others and getting help in return. But never underestimate your user name in the SEO game. Simply do this in a Google Search Box "ctabuk" then "SEOforGoogle"
