Ok now we understand more.brbr.com.au and co.uk are not TLD , in these cases COM and CO are SLD as it is said in this:br

Where can I found that information? I supose that it is a case of laws of the NIC in UK and Australia and other countries. I try to find that in UK but I didn't get anything related.
