My computers ATX +3.3V is not stable. It flacuates between 3.3 and 2.90. This causes alarms from Abit EQ, a watchdog software came with the motherboard.. Nothing seems to go wrong with the computer but the alarm comes on at +3.18v. Please some one to explain what is this??
