IIR are just being greedy though and trying to pick at google's fortunes because the opertunity has arose, they don't really care about the GMail name, they couldn't give a toss, all they want is a massive sum of money because thier basically internal service uses the same name as Google's Mail service.
Also I am in the UK too and it is a real pain in the arse to be effected by this lawsuit.
