Actually, the first book of the Bourne Trilogy, "The Bourne Identity" is the best. The movies have just a lot of action, no story really. The action is good. It is fast enough to suspend any thinking. "The Road to Omaha" by Robert Ludlum is good. I found "The Gemini Contenders" and "The Rhineman Exchange" predictable after reading about half way through. "Prometheus Deception" is OK, but the concept of a big brother watching over everyone seems more real now than ever before.
