Google Community - View Single Post - cannot access Gmail from OE or Thunderbird

The problem seems to be related to the particular private wireless network I first tried to access Gmail from (in this case one of the many cafes here in Seattle.) This morning, when connecting from another wireless network, OE succesfully accessed Gmail.
