Hopefully, you are still friends with this young lady, no? I hope that you didn't just "kick her to the curb" because she rejected you. Deal with her on a friendship basis, and do the things that you would normally do with a friend. When the next opportunity presents itself, and you want to get serious,approach her yourself with sincerity and honesty. Leave your homies out of it.
