Google Community - View Single Post - pages not indexed anymore

Hi, some of our pages that used to be indexed don't show up in google results anymore. We've recently started using URL-rewriting, could that be a problem?
For example url's like these don't show up anymore:
http://www.flexx.be/items.php?id=mb004)
and those are the most important ones for us.

any help woudl be great
