Google Community - View Single Post - pages not indexed anymore

i did a 301 redirect to the pages but somehow i still think something else is going on.
When i do a search neither the old page or the new one shows up.
example:
http://www.google.be/search?hl=en&sa...G=Search&meta=

it's always our homepage that shows up while it should be
http://www.flexx.be/item/pl1005

could it page that the page has been penalized by google? Or would our complete website be scrpped from the index then?
