Google Community - View Single Post - Is this allowed by Adsense or does it violates the terms?

I think that those ads are put by the Forum Admin and not by the posting member. If it's by posting member, it should be against TOS, not sure though, but one thing is sure, you can not put Google code in your signature.

I have also come through a forum which allows members to show their ads in their own post and it shares the revenue with the poster in 60-40 ratio.
