I think the hits on the report will be the same because they resolve in
one site, but you might see what you're looking for under span style="font-style: italic;"Martketing Optimization/Refering Source/span.
I also have the case, domain1 resolves to domain2 and if I check the
report, it indicates how many times the site was referred by domain1.br
