Google Community - View Single Post - Why does Gtalk not notify of Scraps anymore?

Since the past couple of weeks, GTalk doesnt notify of new scraps anymore. It was a great thing as we knew when people scrapped us.

What could be the reason?

Or only am i facing this problem :-/
