I like them all. they all have their pro's and con's. just a matter of which one's you prefer. YES! the advanced is worth it(to me). It saves a lot of time for me. and this goes for any advanced feature using link exchange.

They are all not the best places to trade links, the best links are come from the place hard to get, you competitors are not be there, the best links is natural links. Google likes natural links.

I also use Link2me.com, because its really easy. Many sites do not use automatic scripts for the link exchanges, so trade normal links that google likes.
