How many backlinks do you have to your site?

Google doesn't display all the backlinks to your site. Look at MSN and Yahoo instead for backlinks. I like to use the Firefox SearchStatus plugin for checking backlinks and pages indexed. http://www.quirk.biz/searchstatus/

I'm not sure it's the best way to get backlinks, but submitting your site to free web directories should help get it indexed in search engines. Look at http://www.seocompany.ca/directory/f...rectories.html

I just did a quick check. There's no backlinks showing at all in google, yahoo, msn to your home page.

It takes awhile for backlinks to be indexed and cached into the search engine databases.

None of the search engines will display all the backlinks to your site, but some of them tend to display more links than others.

It appears to me that working on building backlinks to your site is a logical next step.

the links have been listed on these sites for a while

i will work on the backlinks, but im really starting 2 think there must b something bogus on ma page stopping the indexing process.

idid say i was new to this, lol

i seemed to have tried everything i can think of and i have very limited knowledge of php. although php5 is installed an running with apache 2.2. i had 2 do this cause an error was occuring when there was a robot.txt file present "/home/wwwuser/active_sites/xxxgauge.com/gabor/msndroid_sql.php on line 120"
