website not indexed any longer think i might know problem

ok my website has been working for months after all the changes that google went through, but now all of a sudden its not indexed any longer in google and i might know why, hoping somebody can confirm this so i could change it back

within our website we had all home links and logohome links, link back to our homepage with the following <a href="/">home</a>, recently we changed all those links to <a href=http://www.ourdomainname.com>home</a> which changed over a hundred pages or so in our website to link back to our hompage

and now we are no longer indexed in google, can anybody confirm that this might be the problem, and if so why the hell would they be doing that for. how many links maximum within our website that link back to the same page would cause a problem anybody know

Can you state your domain name on here? I'd like to check a few things.

www.cleanalliance.com

I have changed everything back tothe way it was originally, with the logo home links using a href="/" as opposed to a href="http://www.cleanalliance.com" it seems that we were penalized in some sort of way because our site dropped out of searches for certain keywords which was listing us close to the top before.

can anybody confirm this to be the reason our website dropped from searches in google
thanks

no its been a couple of weeks now and nothing has changed yet. All my pages except for my homepage have gone to the supplemental results indexing area which rearlly sucks. Any search i do now does not bring up any of those pages in the supplemental results area which is my whole website pretty much except for the home page.

did your eventually come back in the ranks, and how long did it take cause this is driving me crazy.

anybody else have anymore thoughts on this.

I had all of my internal links prefixed with the domain name - but have decided to take the domain name out - I'm uploading this weekend - I haven't uploaded yet - I'll let you know how this affects my rank.
