Site Just Not Indexing Right Anymore
My site was indexing 100%, as far as I could tell, and now I would say about 35%. I know allot of people have been having problems with this, but has anyone found a temporary resolution to the problem?
I tried resubmitting, allot, and Google Sitemap which helped about 10%. |

Google site maps were only helping a little bit. I am trying to index one site. A couple days ago it seem to be indexing fine again, now it looks as though its slipping. Seems to be anytime I resubmit to search engines that it slips, but I have to resubmit due to SEO changes.

You do not have to re-submit every time you make a change. If you are building links the spiders will come. And the more frequently you make changes the more the spiders visit. They like new stuff. so they go out looking for it. If you update your site on a regular basis then the spiders will return on a regular basis. and the more link popularity you have the more they will visit. Once you become an authority for your specific subject you will be crawled more often. So stop re-submitting and just work on your site and keep building links.
Search engines like to keep the most up to date info and are on the prowl for it. just keep on doing what you are doing. Jim Corkern |

A biz this big? Your Site is a PR0 with less than 25 links on any search engine. Pay per click or handing out biz cards is not the most cost effective advertising. Now I have sites that are crawled 70 and 80 time per day by the major search engines. If I make a change it is updated usually with 72 hours(for most sites). What I am telling you is something I practise on a few hundred sites so it is not theory. This is ALL i do for a living. I am an seo and my job is to understand search engines, how and why they work in the manner that they do, If you would spend a few months and start an agressive link campaign you would more that likely start getting more traffic which = more sales.. Then, as your links increase the spiders will come more frequently. invest some time in the right areas and enjoy the rewards later. I have made a living online since 1999 and there are easy ways and hard ways.
A good foundationis the key toa biz that will stand the test of time. Spend a little more time working on your foundation. What would happen if your PPC stopped? You are not doing BIG BIZ from natural search.. you do not have enough link popularity! The next thing is to please do not use the "quote" for my post and then add your writings in it. This makes it your post. I do not mind quoting me if you do not add to it in a quote box, You can respond to it as you wish. I am sorry that the spiders do not visit you on a regular basis, and I have told you how to get them to come there several time a day(not weeks or months). So while you are doing it "your way" and waiting for google the slow way mine are updated regularly. As Far as Google having faults, IT is a program and does what it is programed to do, IF you understood the programming(algorithm) then you would see that you are the one with the faults. First for not doing your homework, next for speaking about something as an authority when in fact you just exposed the fact that you did not do your homework and do not know what you are talking about. I would have been a lot nicer if you would have had a little nicer post. Your "I am better than everyone here" attitude is the reason I am telling it like it is Jim Corkern SEO |

P class=MsoNormalAre you normally this hostile and insulting online? Yes a BRbusiness this big. I started this company at dewarlorx.com only four months ago BRand I didn't put ANY money into it and it's bringing in $600 in pure profits per BRmonth with a http:///FONT PR4 and Alexa at 169,000, www./FONT is PR3. I built this company and these websites BRfrom the ground up at no cost to me, no experience except in web development BRand graphic design and spent not a dime in advertising thus far. Now I have BRseveral sites, thewholesaleadvantage.com just went up less then one month ago. BRYou presume allot and need to do your research before going off on a tangent. I BRhave listened to everything you have said and I believe is works, I know it BRworks, but when I started four months ago it did not work well enough for me BRand it wasn’t just Google, Yahoo was giving me troubles to. I have a link BRcampaign that is where 25% of my traffic comes from and they are in majority BRhighly relative links. The SPAN[/color]rest is from search BRengines, toolbars and word of mouth. The Wholesaler Outlet is less then one BRmonth old as well, check Alexa. It's not nice or at all effective to try to BRbelittle or insult people into listening to you. If you were a friendlier BRperson I would have asked for more advice, since that’s the only reason I have BRdone this good thus far. If you could be a little calmer about it I would like BRto know how I could start utilizing your working methods, again I already have BRa link campaign for each site except thewholesaleadvantage.com since it's not BRanything but one page right now and it's only a redirect to dewarlorx.com until BRthe rest of it is done and linked through the index. The outlet is on hold for BRlink exchanges until the outlet is completely finished, should be done this BRmonth. I apologize about the quote, I didn’t mean to offend you.

The reason I responded as I did was because of your response. I do not mind helping anyone.. You have very nice sites and it would be a shame not to take it to the top of natural search.
If you will do aggressive linking you will cure the indexing problems you are having. That was the purpose of the first post I made, To let you know it does not have to be that way. I also have sites that are about 4 months old and making quite a sum of money per month at 4 months old. It is truely easy to set a site up for what I call "autopilot". I will only be working a few more months and then going into semi retirement with a great residual income and only having to work about 5 hours per month. last things. Most of the post was constructive. The only place I was a little sharp was the last paragraph. I get a little ticked when someone blames someone or something else when they are not doing things the right way to deal with the issue. and I have to stand by google and the other search engines. They have a system in place and we have to play by momma's rules when we are in momma's house. Well we are playing in the search engines houses and we have to play by their rules. This is not to be criticle, but to make people understand that these are programs and they do not favor one site over another from emotion,or being a respector of sites. This is the most level playing field in the biz world. Like you said, You have little or no money invested. This makes them the way that an average person with little or no money to get into a biz and make a life beyond the normal 9 to 5 job. I came from nowhere and have made a very good living for going on 7 years now.. The first 2 years I starved to death learning, but it has been good since I learned the foundations of the biz. I have said this many times, The average person can make Millions on the net if they will just learn and apply what they learn. Jim Corkern SEO |

I understand where you are coming from and want you to know that, but I do insure you I have only gotten this far through big ideas, hard work and much appreciated advice. In front of me right now is a 4 month old sign saying "I Will Not Quit" so I ask you, what do you believe the fundamentals of your sites sucess are? Is it SEO andlink campaigns combined, or are there other factors involved that you are sure attribute much of your sucess to? I know there are many factors involved, but I'm asking about the ones that seem to really work the best. Like I mentioned, advertising is somethign I have not really done to much of yet, and I would appreciate any good direction. While you are trying to move towards retierment, I am trying to achievemy firstcareer. I was born chronically ill and have been on disability my entier life. I have tried to work many times, but there are just to many sick days that come along with people like me. This is the first "job" I have had in6 years and the first I have held for over4 months. My goal is to get off of disability, but my site is still along way off from that. So any advice you give, as detailed as possible will be more helpful, will strongly be taken to heart. Tehse sites are like children to me, and I pray they keep growing and the advice/ideas keep rolling in to insure it.
