Hell or Google, you decide

Okay, so I'm obsessive.

Fridaymorning I looked at one of my primary keywords, I have been steadily moving up in the rankings over a period of months and was at #2 position. I typed in the word.........disappeared......no where to be found. Flipped out. Called neighbors. Had them try it. Came up as #2. Called business partner. Came up as #2. 10 minutes later it was back to #2 for me. Typed it in obsessively over the next two days....Still #2. Can't replicate the problem. All of my other keywords are the same or even a little higher.

Today. Typed in another keyword that is important to me. Usually on page one, position #3. Now I'm on page 16. Freak out. Call business partner. Luckily he's not home, because I really don't think he wants to deal with it. 15 minutes later it is back in the same #3 position. Now it's gone again. Not good

Is this a problem? Should I take valium, or all of the above? I'm open to all suggestions.

Don't worry! Just Google Dance. Google results come from different servers, so it is normal to have different ranking.

One of these words is now at page 17. Self mutillation will now commence. I'm picking my weapons of choice. Kidding of course.

Keep in mind that hundreds of SEO experts work on improvement of their sitekeyword optimization .

See,brThere are many SEO who are trying to get the number 1 spot in google. Google is one of the best Search Engine on this planet Earth. It might by that someone else must have optimized his site better thatn you, it is not that you will always be ranked first in Google. Competition is very tought there are thousands of sites who are well optimized. why are you using Google, for marketing purpose. Concentrate on Marketing the site. Just see to that your site is well optimizd and you are regularly updating your site. Even though your site is not ranking in the top ten sites, Google bots are crawling your site, thats a good news. Just concentrate on the Optimization of your site and dear you will not get results in a hit. You've to keep patience. Keep on doing your good work, google will strike again.br

Well, yes, I'd think the 'lesson' of this thread is that you need to just keep doing
positive things to improve your site, keep an eye on the Big Picture,
and not worry about the hour-to hour, or even day-to-day fluctuations.
