without exact access to the pages it's dificult to give you solution

He has stated both: the reasons that he didn't do this, and that the problem was taken care of.

I obviously didn't make it clear - and I should have, so here goes . . .

Google (that immovable monster that some people seem to think it is) acted very swiftly and deleted the offending website from thier listings.

I can't tell you how grateful I am to Google for this.

I'm also very grateful to Mondine for giving me the advice and link required to report this matter to Google.
