Not indexed page has PR4... Wow! And that is NOT a glitch...

PHello, everybody,PI just came across an interesting web page: http://www.cindyagency.com/links.htmPIt is very very strange as it's not indexed by Google, but my toolbar shows PR4 for it. I also tried at http://www.pageranktool.net/ and all servers show the same, also I tried tosearch several of those servers listed at http://www.pageranktool.net/for "[url=http://www.cindyagency.com/links.htm"http://www.cindyagency.com/links.htm" query, which allreturned me "Not found" pages.PThat's the first time I see such a strange unexplainable situation for whole 5 years of SEO experience.P[b]What do you think?How could this happen?Maybe someonedid meetsimilar occurencies too? This (PR5 and no goole listing) was reported before and no one had a reasonable answer.

I guess PR calculating has nothing to do with google listing.

I have a PR=3 website and over 6 months and still did not get listed by Google
