I know Google will not provide all the backlinks for a website,(link:http://www.somewebsite.com) but there may be some commands or tricks in Google which can be used to count on all the backlinks.brbrCould anyone provide me information on how to find all the backlinks for a website through Google.brbrBye for now. br

You can do one thing is click on the dropdown arrow on the PageRank tool that is there on your Google toolbarbrbrDropdwon arrow >>> Backward Links.brbrYou will get the result. This will show the links if there is any pagerank to your site else you will have to try with the previous method i.e http://www.nameofthesite.combr

No. In most cases that does not show anythink. Well at least for my site. I think u should try thi in google: ::www.yourwebsite.com then u will se some back links. Not all though.

Try searching for link:www.yoursite.com on MSN or linkdomain:www.yoursite.com on Yahoo.brbrGoogle will have indexed the same amount of pages containing your links but there just not all displayed.br

I also have proof that Google shows backlinks with a PR less than PR3. I thinks it's related to the age of the link rather than the PR.
