How do I reset....

Hey guys, im kind of a computer noob, was just wondering how I reset my search list. Im not sure if its called a search list but it is the little list that comes up as soon as I type a letter into the search engine and it brings up my previous searchs and i want them to be deleted. It also does is for passwords and stuff im pretty sure, I tried clearing history and all that in internet options but it didnt affect the little search list. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks guys.

That will be your Auto-complete information.
Look in Internet Options ("Content" tab) for IE, or the Options menu in other browsers.
