What browser? Generally if you look around in the options dialog in your browser you will be able to clear your cache, form history and history. Obviously if your sister doesn't look too hard then just go to the form field and start typing the search query, mouse over the offending query and then tap delete.

Go to Google.com and type "p" in the menu... when "p--n" shows up, just hit the delete key on your keyboard. That should work (well it does in my internet explorer anyway).
I do a LOT of searching, and don't like all of that in my pull-down menu... so I delete them a lot with my delete key. |
