Truth Or False Regarding Google?

There is alot of talk online of what can get your site either banned or penalized. Lets get to the talk and hype. Are any of these true and what do any of these really mean? Your help is greatly appreciated. Please do include any references or sources.brbr#1, Is it true a website or page showing white page maybe penalized or banned from search engines such as Google?brbr#2, Is it true, if your tite tag is long the search engines will lookbrat this as spam? Example:"Real Estate/ local real estate team seen in Western MA."brbr#3, Is it true, your site will be banned or penaziled if you add your site as a signature to forums NON-related to your site? Example: You own a real estate site. You signed up for 700 sports forums in a 3 month period. On each of those forums your signature is shown to your website.brbr#4, What is the true meaning of "Spam"? Please show example of a well put together site that is NOT spam and give one that is spam.brbr#5, "Don't load pages with irrelevant words." Who or what decides if a page(s) are using irrelevant words?brbr#6, You own a website that is in the format of an articles directory. You allow members to sumbit their articles. Your site includes its own RSS Feed. 400 hundered of the 450 articles are shown else where online.Would this be looked at as duplicate content? If yes, would your site be banned or penalized?

#1, Is it true a website or page showing white page maybe penalized or banned from search engines such as Google?

I am not too sure what you mean to say with "White page"

#2, Is it true, if your tite tag is long the search engines will look at this as spam? Example:"Real Estate/ local real estate team seen in Western MA."

Ideally your title tag should not be very long, maximum no. of characters in a title tag should not be more than 65-75 characters including spaces. Anything more than that would make it look spammy.

#3, Is it true, your site will be banned or penaziled if you add your site as a signature to forums NON-related to your site? Example: You own a real estate site. You signed up for 700 sports forums in a 3 month period. On each of those forums your signature is shown to your website.

Afaik, it's not true. You can add your site's link in your signature of any forum without getting penalized

#4, What is the true meaning of "Spam"? Please show example of a well put together site that is NOT spam and give one that is spam.

Spam is adaptation of unethical techniques such as cloaking, mirror sites and doorway pages to trick the search engine spiders into giving the Web page a higher ranking.

#5, "Don't load pages with irrelevant words." Who or what decides if a page(s) are using irrelevant words?

You as a site's webmaster have to decide the most relevant keywords for your site in the title tags, meta tags and page content.

#6, You own a website that is in the format of an articles directory. You allow members to sumbit their articles. Your site includes its own RSS Feed. 400 hundered of the 450 articles are shown else where online.Would this be looked at as duplicate content? If yes, would your site be banned or penalized?

I don't think your site would be banned or penalized. You have your own RSS feeds on your site and your content is being used by other sites.
