Getting Google to see your keywords

I have a site on net2go but it is not found by Google. It seems that the site is on a virtual server? The files remain on my computer. My friends on line have been able to access it by the address: http://larrysmiser.net2go.com/com:8008/folders/public
When I edit the displayed page using FrontPage it appears as a regular html site. The html displayed does not appearin my web directory since it is apparentlybuilt using PHP. I have edited a PHP header file and added meta names Content and keywords which appear in the Frontpage editor when I load the website from the browser. I have seen other net2go sites which appear in Google searches but mine does not. I also tried to use AddMe.com but no lock there either. I went to the Google site and tried registering it there but it is still not found by Google search. What am I doing wrong or is it just that this type of site is not found by the search engines?

I would get my own domain and rebuild the site!

Yeah.. that's right! Although I'm very hate to rebuild my site with a new one...
