Hi, I have optimized a site http://www.puneproperties.com. It's a real estate website. It was ranking very well in Google. Infact, the site was appearing in the search results even if you type a single keyword from the website (Any of the Area name).
And Its each and every page was indexed by Google but suddenly the links are not appearing into the search results. Even if I search for the indexed pages of the site, It won't show up the pages which it had already indexed. Few weeks back it was showing the URLs but now it is showing some newones and not the older ones, which it had already indexed. I really don't know what is happening. Everything is fine with the Optmization process. But, I still don't understand what's wrong. I checked for the robots.txt file as well as the sitemaps but everything is fine from this end.
Is it Google's flaw or what ???

But I already have more than 150+ backlinks and still linking to more than 10-15 websites daily.

Right I've checked out your site, unfortunatly it tends to be sites with laods of pages that are more prone to it, you seem to have done a good job witrh making sure the page title tags are always different however there are quite a few pages on there with identical page title tags, try and come up with a unique one for every single page, also 170 backlinks is not that many, if you get lot's of links from good PR pages this will pull you out of the supplementals, I would recommend getting listed in PR5 + directories like:

octopedia.com
site-sift.com
botw.org
dir.yahoo.com
avivadirectory.com
alivedirectory.com
