More traffic - HOW ???

Hi,

How do I really get a good page rank for my t-shirts website ? - I`ve tried so many tools, link exchanges, search engine submissions, traffic links & programs.... but my shopping page is still a PR 4 site !

What can I do to really get more traffic ?

Well it shows PR5 to me so it has gone better

Just continue in your link building. On the next google update maybe your site will increase its PR.

improve your link popularity: submit your site to link directories; create articles and submit them to article directories, try social bookmarking sites, link exchange, link baiting, etc...

You pretty much listed all the things you shouldn't do...
Search engines do not need submissions
If somebody offers you traffic do you think the offerer cares what kind of traffic your site gets? Do you need traffic or sales?
If you sell t-shirts that is. Anyway I guess you want visitors who are interested about your site?

Do not stare the PR. Just trust your server logs and try to improve your ranking in SERP's, that will get you traffic not the PR.

First concentrate your pages usability. There is no reason attracting people to your site if they come in and leave instantly becasue you have a crappy site.

If you just want traffic because you want people to see ads on your site and maybe click on them so you could start making money... I surely hope not

- Advertise your site by posting your site's info or product in free classifieds.
- Create a very interesting article about your site and send it to directories
- Create a blog that links to your site, publish it in different directories

Boost your link on your homepage not on your sub pages...
and Get Quality Inbound links, mean Related on your site or niches...
