SEO Confused

Hi all, i have a domain name is hair-models.com, i have open it in 2005 and it was first in the searches with Turkish "saç modelleri" (means "hair styles") but one day i didnt saw my domain in first page with search. Then i bought new domain name sac-modelleri.com. and after for a while it was first with search "sac modelleri" then i tought if i can change hair-models domain name with sac-modelleri.com it will be first in the searchs. then i did. and i forward hair-models.com to sac-modelleri.com in domain center, but now i am searching with "saç modelleri", but i cant see both of sac-modelleri.com and hair-models.com not even in first 500 pages! i am searching with site:sac-modelleri.com there is no answer. hair-models.com back to 500. results. what did i wrong? and what should i do?

You shouldn't have changed your domain name for a specific keyword because it is your target now...what if you change your mind every now and then is that meant that you'll change you domain everytime you think you should have to for you be on top?? You should improve your contents with those keywords but avoid keyword stuffing and also improve your link popularity and use your targeted keywords as your anchor text that might help you get a better place on SERPs as many site linking to you with a specific keyword the better you'll be on SERPs...

so i have 2 domain names now, how can i use them for 1 website, when i forwarding it one of them will dissappear from searcing... should i redirect one to other with an empty html page?

It's better to have two different websites. what you can do is have the same content but with different presentation.

now i redirect one to other but my sac-modelleri.com is not on the google list. what should i do for list it to google back?

to get it back in google, have two websites, two separate website, that way they'll both be in google, two more chances to be in page results

I thinks domain name also help to improve your rankings. If your targeted keyword is on your domain name it can help your rankings but still depends on your optimization. Proper on-page optimization and having more quality links is the most important elements that can rank your site on major search engine.
