google wireless search- did anyone tried it?

Quote:
With Google Wireless WebSearch, your users can search not just the "Mobile Web" of 5 million pages created specifically for wireless devices, but the entire World Wide Web. No other search engine provides this service. Only Google's proprietary on-the-fly conversion system translates web pages into a language your phone understands, so users can access the world's largest index of web pages (more than 8 billion pages) and view the content from their mobile phones. Google Wireless works on the following phones: WAP, WAP 2.0, i-mode.

Google Wireless Search Advantages
• Search the Web via Google's unique on-the-fly translation system
• Search the mobile web (formatted for WAP devices)
• Award-winning PageRank technology for relevant search results
• Quick response time for every search
• Google Number Search (GNS) to simplify input of search queries and minimize button pushing (for WAP devices)
• International adaptability in numerous languages
Did any one try it?

I have a WAP device, but I never use it (too expensive). So no, I haven't tried it out.

i tried it...well it's not bad though, but i don't really need wireless (like WAP/GPRS) service, so wireless google doesn't bother me to much

I just got a Dell Axim x30 Wifi Pocket PC. Google.com redirects me to http://www.google.com/palm which is faster, smaller and shows only 5 search results each time. Full Google also works, but it's hard to use on the small screen. It's not on a phone - it's a Pocket PC - but this is Google wireless for me
