accent are also different

I'm webmaster of french website and as you maybe know french use accent on the e a u. Do I have to build SEO on caracters without or with accent?

If I get it well you suggest to don't use special caracters so not use é à ù etc.

thanks for your answers

Yes, always go with accent. Accents make quite a bit good of difference to se results and its users. It will help you with less competitive environment. Omitting accents will in some cases penalize you.

1. As far as I'm aware, google sees "é à ù" as "e a u".
2. Correct grammar and punctuations are a good sign of your education.
3. If your web site in French, why would you confuse your readers in the first place? SERS won't see a difference anyway.

Regards,
Alex

Yes, I agree with Alex. Target your customers you want to reach and then make a move.
