check the adress from the "google campus" in kalifornia,
there you can ask about a useful adress for your idea!!

i really don't know how it works
or i have to sell it, or to participate in it
god!!! don't know from wich point to start it

i even don't know, we can be payed for ideas?

Of course, you can be paid for your ideas (if it's a brilliant one). If it's really a big one, contact a professional lawyer to assist you with the laws regarding patents and the likes before approaching to your prospected client...

Of course, you can find a lawyer online but i would suggest to look for a local one, a good lawyer in your area is a nice pick. Lawyers have different rates and so, you need to ask first about that. And the good thing about lawyers is that the rate is always negotiable. If your idea is a brilliant one and has a lot potentials, he can even assist you in each and every steps for free (of course, they'll be making money once your idea will do, too).

There are lots of online resources that can help you, Boriss. Good luck to you!
