Does anyone know why this happens?
Is there anyone who can tell me why soem google search results have the sub directory with the search results?
For Example, if you serch Yahoo on google, it shows the main Yahoo link plus the subdirectories within Yahoo. such as games, finance or holiday pages in yahoo. On the other hand, if you search MSN on google, it only shows the main MSN link and that's it! It would be great help if someone can enlighten me with as to why this happens in the search results. Thank you Last edited by petrik; 05-08-2007 at 04:20 PM. |

Here's info about Google Sitelinks from their Webmaster Help Center. I believe this is what you're looking for. Currently, they're completely automated-- so there's nothing you can do to make this happen for your site.

Thank you Intelliot for that link. But I was hoping to find out how the Google algorethem work. can you give any suggestions on how a site can change so that Google's automated systems picks up the site and start listing sitelinks?
Thank you again. |
