Help, My site is loosing PR

3 months ago I had PR3, after whent down to two and now some days is 1 or 2.
What could be the problem?

have you building links for your site? updating your site? if you don't, then you must do it.... i suggest you emphasize your keywords in your site..

Do some link building strategy:

Directory submission
Write an articles and get them syndicate
Try blogging

What you mean emphasize keywords.
I have a links site http://links.inmoportal.com/ and also recently I create a forum in my site http://foro.inmoportal.com/
Should this be enough?
What more can I do?

Improve your link popularity...PR is equal to links...though it doesn't mean that when you have a lot of IBLs you have high PR it is not about the quantity it is also about the quality of site linking to you...try to use your targeted keywords as your anchor text that way it'll might help for you to rank well on such keywords...

use h1 tags, and bold text to your targeted keywords... it can help crawlers determine what are your targeted keywords...

Where did you check your PR? If you check it on google toolbar sometimes google toolbar was not accurate.

Maintain your backlinks. Keep submitting articles for your site and link with quality websites.
