Any Google GURU , Help me please.

I have add many of my URL to Google.com and I can search to found them for a few day, after that when I search again , they have not found .
This is some of my URL.

you've added many URL's in Google???! how come this happen?? AFAIK,, you can only submit your sitemap to google and submit your content updates but not your URLs....

(1) check your links all are ok or any permanent links are broken
(2) you should submit your sitemap that is enough to add your other all pages into google ..
(3) check where you had submit your site.. is there any wrong place?

maybe its not yet index try to use this query to check if your site is indexed site:www.yourdomain.com

Well, Site map will help you to index your inner pages a regular update of the content and back links is also another way to index your page.

Maybe google not yet index your site. Try to query your site as what leftybogs said.
