You sure you're banned? The googlebot won't come by often if your pages don't change every 1-2 days. I mean new content. If your site has been dropped off the index altogether, just create a new one under a different domain name and start over, this time without the red flags stated above. You can have 1, or 1,000,000 pages as long as they are all user friendly, full of non-static content and lots of themed links to and from your site. But as advised, no more than 100 outbound links. 25-30 to a page is advisable.
