The main question that I have, that I can't seem to find out or do is, can I have various email accounts, various domains under one account?
Example: info@domain1.com payments@domina1.com info@domain2.com payments@domain2.com Because I currently use Outlook 2007 (and I'm hating it) and I have my Inbox folder, and within that folder I have folders for various domains. Then I have all emails for those domains go to the relevant folders. I also have a sub directory within on folder that has clients names also. This sounds confusing, I'll make a screen shot :P (attachment added) Because ideally I would love to move my whole Outlook usage over to something online and Google Apps seems the best choice so far. So yeah, what I need is an overview of various email accounts ideally. So from one page I can see all the unread mail or at least see in a section a number of unread emails for that account. I just don't want to be logging in and out all the time. Confused, you damn right I am :P |
