Search Results not skewed by anchor text

As near as I can tell, anchor text is only for yielding deceptive search results.

If I am looking for a piece of information,
that is so difficult to find,
that I am combing through cached results,
than I might actually want THAT piece of information.

Search results that are products of anchor text are dishonest, misleading and bogus.

Can Google PLEASE give us a search option that will ONLY provide results where our sought out item ACTUALLY EXISTS ON THE PAGE?

After I have searched 100+ of pages looking for something obscure,
only to have the majority of my results ruined -
because of anchor text referrals,
cache poisoned by Chinese and Eastern Europe servers,
having my search terms parsed and mangled, when I have put them in quotes to prevent that,
and no option to have my search terms NEAR each other
I am ready to spill vital Google fluids.

Will Google please stop trying to figure out what I am doing and simply search AS DIRECTED?

Alrighty then. If someone here has brilliance to share with me on how I can persuade Google to find what I ask instead of assuming what I intend,
I might just come over there and clean out your gutters for you...and maybe burn your neighbors wind chimes for good measure.

Is there any help here before I wind up in a network news manhunt story?

I can see your dissapointment, but this forum is about Google, but not affiliated by Google, so I think you should contact Google directly. I admire your idea to burn neighbours, but they have just moved out. Joking Google is trying to give you the closest match for your search term and usually spit out nasty pages when there are few results. This is not Google's fault that people obuse with keywords, stuffing pages with words, that has no meaning in context of their own web site. Actually, you should't be so angry on Google, they do everything they can to give you RELATIVE results, they even hiding suppelemtals now, so 50% scam sites not showing to you.
And final remark, if you don't find what you looking for on Google, try Yahoo and see if you find it there, if not, then maybe this is not Google's fault.
Kind Regards,
