Is google voiding copyrights with cache?

I was thinking, shouldn't it be illegal for Google to download entire websites (cache)?

It's a breach of intellectual copyright and it's impossible for them to read all website's specific licenses.

They copy everything, including patented content such as logos.

Have you read that page? "As you type into the search box, Google Suggest guesses what you're typing and offers suggestions in real time."

It's not something to give advice to google..

I did google this. There was a court case on it and they said, it's not them who violate the copyright, but the user.. the user!

My dad says he has something at work which shows news headlines, if he clicks on a headline *he's* in breach of the copyright.
