Lost sites home page in Google?

Hello,

I would like o know that how I lost my site home page from Google search result. I have tried a lot to get it back but still I could not get it.

My site name is itoutsourcingservices.com and cadoutsourcingservices.com. I have lost both sites home pages from google search. This sites shows index page in google but could not found home page of it. Even though I have added XML sitemap of this sites but it shows "robots not reachable" error. I have already put robots.txt in both sites so why it should shows this error in XML sitemap. Is this error give any bad effect on google search result? because last month sites was coming in 1st page of google search thereafter suddenly I have lost home page of both sites.

I would like to get suggestions regarding it.

is this a new site/page? or maybe you change something?

It happened to my site as well. I'm still trying to figure out what went wrong. I was making improvements, putting in 301 redirects and making sure to update my sitemap. I really hope it doesn't take 2-3 months to crawl out of supplementals as I've been reading in this forum.

My site is a little over a year old and has been indexed. It was doing fine, but I wanted to keep improving my search results.
