How can I request google to remove a cached html version of an excel file

I have a client who allowed an excel file to get cached by Google in HTML version. they've removed the file from their server, but google has it cached.

To complicate matters the domain it was cached from is no longer used so i can't add it to webmaster tools.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
